About Me
My name is Molly Sommerhalder and I am the Founder of Swan in the Lotus Yoga and Wellness. I'm a Wisconsin native and I came to the practice of yoga and wellness over 20 years ago. I use my experience to guide stressed out women who struggle with pelvic floor issues to find balance and courage so they can transition to live a sacred and healthy life. After years of career burnout, digestive issues (IBS), emotional and physical pain from a pelvic floor condition, and an unhealthy mindset from stress and anxiety, I have learned that I hold the power to heal myself and I strive to live a holistic lifestyle. I engage this knowledge and experience to support other women who are finally ready to put themselves first. After my journey through healing my pelvic floor condition, I learned ways to support women to understand their pelvic floor, hormonal imbalances, and learn to find solutions for a healthy life through yoga/wellness. I also have experience in helping with menopausal issues and post-birth conditions.
