Healing Your Pelvic Floor: Reclaiming Your Body, Mind, & Spirit

The pelvic floor needs body, mind, and spirit healing to find overall well-being. For women, this area of our body can cause issues with our daily functioning as well as hold onto stuck emotions and spiritual disconnection.
Molly Jansen, Certified Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach, will share what the pelvic floor is, its physical function and issues, how we store stress, grief, and fear, and the spiritual connection we have to this sacred space.
We will explore topics such as embodiment, vagal tone and vagus nerve for nervous system regulation, mind-body integration, and other mindful and simple physical practices to gain self-trust and feel empowered. Workshop Location: 9875 S Franklin Dr, Suite 300, Franklin, WI 53132 Cost: $25.00 We are also accepting donations of menstrual products at the event to support a local nonprofit organization. Project Concern is located in Cudahy and is always in need of these products.
