With time set aside for self-inquiry and journaling to clarify your intentions, this workshop is suitable for everyone. If you don’t have a personal journal, one will be provided. Practice the attitude of gratitude this holiday season with the support of yoga, mantra, and sound. Join Deb and Molly for a workshop that is centered around exploring gratitude to open your heart to love, and abundance and guide you to return to the core of the Self. Let's explore the radiance that lives inside you!
During this workshop, they will guide you through creating a gratitude practice, guided meditation, mantra, and yoga practice to embrace the Goddess Lakshmi, and end with sound healing to find stillness for the holiday season. Cost: $50
Mantra Meditation Tuesday, December 3 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Angelic Roots | Oak Creek, WI
Join Molly for a spiritual meditation practice that uses ancient mantras to induce relaxation and calms the mind. This practice can be used anytime, anywhere to help with stress, anxiety, depression, and will heighten your overall well-being. Experience a live harmonium that will guide you through a meditation practice to help destress from the week and start the weekend off with a clear mind.
During the hour class, Molly will introduce 1-2 mantras that center around a theme that we will explore through our time together as well as their connection to each other. She will provide the meaning and background of each mantra that we will be working with. Then, we will explore each mantra through chanting as well as repetition of the mantra through a Japa Mala practice.
