Introducing The Six Modules
Module 1: Connecting to Your Sacred SpaceLet's connect to your sacred space! To know where you need to go on this journey, you need to understand where you are right now. In this module, you will learn what your sacred space is, how to connect to it, important breath work and exercises to use throughout the program, and start to discover where you are right now on your healing journey.
Module 2: Journey to Heal Your Pelvic Floor Let's unlock the pelvic floor! In this module, we will start to go deep into what the pelvic floor is, it's function, issues that can happen, what causes these issues, and how you can take care of this space of your body on a daily basis. Get ready to dive in and explore your pelvic floor!
Module 3: Natural Path Towards Healing It's time to explore natural ways to heal the pelvic floor for better health! In this module, you will explore a variety of holistic practices that you can do and resources to provide additional support. You will also start to understand the need for sexual pleasure on a physical level and the importance of orgasms.
Module 4: Get Healthy and Happy Each one of us is unique and so is your body! Our structures and make up are the same, but how we deal with stress, digest food, and more is unique to us. In this module, you will start to explore ways to better your health. This module is meant to introduce you to a variety of wellness topics.
Module 5: Embody Your Courage Mindset is everything! In this module, you will work on developing a healthy mindset and work through a variety of resources to help you break through any setbacks, blocks, or pauses that might be happening on your path towards healing. The body has its own way of healing and so does the mind. What you don't deal with will slowly come back to you so let's work together to upgrade your mindset!
Module 6: Continue Your Journey Towards Healing Keep moving forward on your journey! In this module, you get a variety tools and support to keep you going on this path towards a happy and healthier you.
