What is a mantra practice? How can you infuse it into your yoga practice? Mantra is a mind tool and form of meditation that can provide understanding on your yogic path. Molly will introduce you to the practice of mantra and infuse yoga movement throughout the workshop. She will also help you find an ancient mantra that speaks to you so you can start to bring peace, transformation and hope into your daily life.
It is recommend that you attend this online workshop live for interaction with the teacher. This will be recorded and you will have access to it for two weeks.

Join Molly for a four-week zoom series to relieve stress and get ready for the holidays. Each week, she will provide a focus to release tension in the body, mind, and soul so you can leave your practice feeling rested, restored, and at peace to navigate through these ever-changing times that we are in. The holiday season will be different this year and with it comes stress, so join us on your mat and remember the gift of practicing yoga!
We are offering this series on two different days and times so more people can attend. We suggest attending live to all 4- week sessions to gain the most benefit. Classes are an hour long. We will record each class and you will have the week to watch each session. Sessions will be available until December 28.
