Restorative yoga uses blankets, bolsters, straps, and blocks to totally support the body throughout the practice. It is a deeply relaxing practice that helps release tension in the muscles, quiet the mind and encourages restoration on all levels. You will explore, open, and balance your body through a series of restorative yoga poses. Essential oils are used to enhance the experience. This class is for all levels.
