Basic Flow is perfect for beginners and those continuing to grow their practice. With a mix of gentle vinyasa and hatha yoga, this practice will help you to feel your body, increase your flexibility and relieve stress. Yoga also awakens your soul! This class will feature other stress-reducing elements from the devotional practice of yoga called "Bhakti" to uplift you through mantra, music, and more!

Get in the flow with this slower-paced Vinyasa-inspired class. Vinyasa style focuses on linking the movement with the breath. The practice helps build endurance, stamina, strength, and flexibility, while calming the mind and centering through the breath.This class moves at a slower pace than typical Vinyasa classes and will also incorporate yoga props. The class is good for those new to the Vinyasa style.

Yin is a style of yoga that uses time to gently stretch your connective tissues , help you focus your mind, and breathe deeply. Focusing on the area from knees to navel, we’ll open the hips, flex the spine, and increase mobility. Yin is a great way to offset the negative effects of sitting.

Molly Sommerhalder, Certified Wellness Coach and Owner of Swan In The Lotus Yoga and Wellness, will talk about various Holistic health remedies, potions, and tinctures that were used back during the peak days at Fairlawn Mansion and also how they are still used today. Products from Tippecanoe Herbs and Apothecary in Milwaukee will be demoed and available for purchase. Tippecanoe Herbs is founded and operated by Superior native, Kyle Denton.
Molly uses her experience and education to help men and women who have stress and anxiety find relief to live a life of balance, courage, and guide them from a sacred space. Her signature program (through one-on-one wellness coaching, workshops and series) focuses on empowering men and women to heal themselves and find tools to no longer let anxiety/stress overwhelm their lives especially during times of transition including retirement and other major life changes. Join Molly for this special workshop in February. The Women's Health Wellness Workshop invites and encourages you to better understand your body and take control of your health. This two hour workshop examines hormonal imbalances, connects women to their bodies, and discusses issues such as menopause and pelvic floor conditions. Women will learn ways to balance their hormones, find strength and release in their pelvic floor, and love their bodies by using Eastern and Western techniques. This workshop is part part discussion and part practice, and is geared to the needs of the women attending.
