Molly uses her over 20 years of yoga and wellness experience to guide women over 50 through transitions in life including menopause, fear of the unknown, and are living an unhealthy lifestyle in their body, mind, and spirit. After years of career burnout, digestive issues (IBS), physical pain including a pelvic floor condition, and an unhealthy mindset from stress and anxiety, she has learned to heal herself through a holistic lifestyle. She engages this knowledge to support them to finally put themselves first and live a balanced, courageous, and sacred life.
Molly has traveled around the country to learn Bhakti (Love) Yoga + Mantra with key teachers including Girish, Brenda McMorrow, Krishna Das, Sean Johnson and the Wild Lotus Band and more. She uses lessons in mantra, yoga, wellness and her holistic health practitioner background to guide people to healing, transformation, and peace. She has helped over 150 people learn how to take charge of their health. Clients have said, "She truly cares about her clients and it showed with every check-in we had. After overcoming a pelvic floor condition, Molly supports women and men to understand their pelvic floor, hormonal imbalances, and learn to find solutions for a healthy life through yoga/wellness. She also has experience to help women with menopausal issues and post-birth conditions. She has worked with over 100 women and people have said “Thank you, Molly, for opening the door to something that shouldn't be kept behind closed doors. You are a champion for all women!"
For many years I experienced burnout and not knowing where I wanted to go next in my life. I felt lost and unhealthy. I suffered from continuous stress at work and became anxious about everything I did. I was afraid to move forward and step into the unknown because I was afraid of change and transitions.
My health was declining and I had major digestive and GI issues, physical pain all over my body from stress, lower back nerve pain steaming from sclerosis and my brain was in a complete fog every day. It finally got to a point where I lost my temper at someone I loved deeply at the time and I went into a state of deep depression.
One day, I woke up and realized that I had to make changes, let go of the fear and heal myself. I turned back to all the teachings, knowledge and lessons that I had learned over the past 20 years in my yoga/wellness training and started to put myself first. I started to implement better eating habits to heal by gut, develop a new mindset towards life, set boundaries at work and home, and made sure my practices that kept me healthy both mentally and physically were put first. I started to accept change, even welcome it, and began the journey of listening to love instead of fear. During this time, I also went back to my pelvic floor therapy which included dilation and building strength in the pelvic floor muscles that helps other issues like incontinence, prolapse, and other menopausal/pelvic floor conditions. I have now healed 90% of a condition called microperforate hymen.
By transitioning to a holistic lifestyle, I discovered a career as a holistic wellness coach and found my purpose in life is to help people through their own transitions, embrace new chapters and heal themselves. I continue to educate myself on mindset practices to decrease my stress/anxiety and find physical movement to release stress and tension in my body especially my lower back issues. I also take time each day to check in with myself and notice when I am out of balance. For the first time, I finally feel physically, mentally and emotionally healthy and ready for this new phase of my life!
