I am a Wisconsin native and I came to the practice of yoga and wellness over 20 years ago. I use my experience and education to help others explore their well-being and live an embodied life. After years of career burnout, digestive issues (IBS), emotional and physical pain from a pelvic floor condition, and an unhealthy mindset from stress and anxiety, I have learned that I hold the power to heal myself and I strive to live a holistic lifestyle. I engage this knowledge and experience to support others.
When I started yoga, I knew it would be a life-long path for me. I have had the opportunity travel around the country to learn Bhakti (Devotion) Yoga + Mantra with key teachers including Girish, Brenda McMorrow, David Newman (Durga Das), Krishna Das, Sean Johnson and the Wild Lotus Band, and more. I have also been able to learn from world-renowned yoga teachers such as Ana Forrest, Dharma Mittra, Seane Corn, Rolf Gates, and many more at yoga conferences, studios, and other events. In 2009, I had the beautiful experience apprenticing with Turbodog Yoga in Chicago, IL and I learned to deepen my understanding and practice of Forrest Yoga. I use my lessons in mantra, yoga, wellness and my holistic health practitioner background to guide people to healing, transformation, and peace.
My wellness journey evolved starting when I was working to heal my pelvic floor condition. I learned ways to support women to understand their pelvic floor, hormonal imbalances, and learn to find solutions for a healthy life through yoga/wellness. I also have experience in helping with menopausal issues and post-birth conditions. I have worked with over 100 women and they have said “Thank you, Molly, for opening the door to something that shouldn't be kept behind closed doors. You are a champion for all women!"
My wellness approach is unique and explores a new way of looking at your overall well-being through your pelvic floor health and mindset to help engage the body, mind, and spirit.
In 2025, I am taking a leap and I am expanding my education by pursuing my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Stay tuned for more to come!
I identify as a cisgender woman and my programs for women's health come from my identity and knowledge. My pronouns are she/her/hers.
